The sleeve is VG, the spine has some discoloration/water damage as well as a seam split in the middle of the spine, the top edge also has a small start of a seam split in the middle as well as a small tear near the split and some wear/tearing at the top spine corner. the sleeve also has some general wear and creasing on the corners and edges and some surface/ring wear.
